All members are encouraged to join "intermediate" classes, however training may be more technical or intense than "easy" classes. "Easy" classes are perfect for beginners and those who want to maintain their skills. "Intermediate" and "advance" classes are perfect for those who want to learn more advanced techniques or compete one day.
