These private lessons are designed to develop your practical self-defence skills, improve martial arts techniques, or provide martial arts-based conditioning workouts, all based on what your goals are.
These sessions deliver step-by-step guidance, focused drills, and pad work, tailored to your fitness goals—whether you’re after self-protection, skill mastery, or just to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.
You’ll work closely with Head Coach Kris, learning effective self-defence techniques like punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and blocks, plus practical combinations spanning kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo.
Pad work hones your timing and power, while drills build athletic performance and muscle endurance. We’ll adjust to your experience level, ensuring a fitness journey that fits you.
Our kickboxing studio maintains a supportive, non-intimidating environment, rooted in respect. Free from harassment, it’s a space where you can train with confidence, guided by fitness trainers dedicated to your growth. Beyond physical activity, you’ll gain mental resilience and self-esteem through martial arts.
