Art of Kickboxing provides 1-on-1 personal training sessions in a private personal training studio environment. These private lessons are perfect for those with accessibility concerns and those who want to learn martial arts privately, out of curiosity, to learn practical self-defence skills, or for fun and casual exercise. These training sessions deliver personalized step-by-step guidance, focused drills, and pad work, tailored to your goals—whether you’re after self-protection, skill mastery, or just to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system.

You’ll work closely with our coaches learning self-defence techniques like punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and blocks, plus practical combinations spanning kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA (including Judo), and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. All our personal training sessions are personalized for the client, and clients may choose to learn or practice whichever during their sessions revolving around kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, and general self-defence.

Personal training is open to kids (4+), teens, and adults.

Personalized Muay Thai coaching helps you improve at specific advanced techniques, such as the jumping roundhouse kick.
